Alessia and Ana met in Miami when they were just 9 years old. Both had recently moved from Venezuela to the U.S., and their instant bond turned into a lifelong friendship.

Living in the U.S., they constantly felt the lack of clothing that really spoke to them—pieces that had that bold Latin American sazón but were still easy to get their hands on.

They kept seeing incredible emerging brands from LATAM, but the shipping was expensive, slow, or straight-up unavailable. That frustration turned into an idea.

And just like that—Arcaïa was born.
