You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or exchange.

First-time shopper? Your first return is completely free, regardless of the refund type.
Eligible Items

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused, with original tags and packaging.

Final sale items, swimwear without hygiene liners, and earrings are not eligible for return.
- Made to order items that are in the required condition can only be returned for store credit.

Refund Timing

Store credit and exchanges are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving your return.

Refunds to original payment method may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
